As a Noun: 1. A PARFAIT is a chilled dessert consisting of layers of different ingredients, often served in a tall glass (a parfait glass). Parfait may include layers of fruit, mousse, meringue, cream, ice-cream and jelly. Note: 1. The signer in the video is giving an Auslan explanation of the English keywords PARFAIT. There appears to be no commonly used Auslan sign for PARFAIT for most signers (but some signers represent this visually using depicting signs, once they have established the topic). If you know a sign for PARFAIT used by you or other Auslan users (deaf people or interpreters) please go to "Report missing sign" and supply details. Thank you.
