1. To put a large amount of something, especially a liquid, into a cylindrical container so that there is no more room to put any more into it; to fill a cup, glass, mug, etc. English = fill, fill up.
2. Of a cup or any cylindrical object, to be unable to take any more of a substance or, especially, a liquid . English = (be) full.
