General Definition: 1. The action of something being drawn down onto or concentrated into a specific place, usually on a flat surface or the ground, or any action or any thing directly or indirectly associated with this, especially gravity. As a Noun: 1. The force which causes things to fall to the ground when you drop them, and to remain on the ground instead of floating in the air. English = gravity. 2. The force which causes objects to be attracted towards each other because they have mass. A technical word in physics. English = gravitation.
