1. Used alone in response to your addressee's insistence that something is true or will happen to mean you do not agree but don't want to argue the point any further. English = 'We'll see.', 'That remains to be seen.', 'Let's wait and see' etc.
1. Used to introduce a suggestion or idea. English = 'Let's see. How about...'.
