General Definition: 1. Something which is large and soft, such as soft furnishings such as cushions, mattresses and pillows, and any thing or any action directly or indirectly associated with this, especially a sponge. As a Noun: 1. A piece of soft, squashy, absorbent stuff that has lots of little holes in it. You can use it to wash things, wash your body, or put it inside furnishings to make them soft.
